THE HEGEMON AND THE FORTY THIEVES

There exists an intrinsic relationship between the hegemon and the 40 thieves. This relationship occurs in almost every country. For sure, the hegemony cannot be maintained without the 40 thieves. Who are these 40 thieves? You may ask. The simple answer is these are the elites, prime ministers, bureaucrats, technocrats, military top brass, media owners of vassal states, etc. They are cohorts of the hegemon. It makes no difference which political party they are affiliated with, they all serve the same master.

You can consider the hegemon as the ringmaster of a circus and 40 thieves as the actors. These actors deceptively and cunningly fool and entertain the public, while at the same time, filling their own pockets with crumbs and helping the empire steal a large slice of the economy’s cake.

The vassal states by compulsion or otherwise take loans from the IMF or the World Bank under unfavourable sets of rules and conditions. Sooner or later, the vassal states are then told to open their markets for international investors. Thus, opening the way for the Wall Street vultures to come and take control of the natural resources. In short, this is how the hegemon eats the cake belonging to the developing countries. This cannot be achieved without the hegemon and the 40 thieves working together, as a team, like a hand in a glove.

Sadly, we do not connect the dots and the reason we do not realise that the two are working as a team is the media. The media and the presstitutes favour those with the deepest pockets. The media entertains the gullible public while ensuring the truth remains hidden.

The other partners in crime are big businesses and multinationals as well as the military-industrial complex. The empire is waging proxy wars in many different parts of the world, from Africa to the Middle East to Ukraine, not to mention Afghanistan. Soon Central Asia will be the target as EuroAsia is at the moment.

The proof of how much the empire interferes in the affairs of the vassal states can be seen in Pakistan, the regime change, and the after-effects. How much will the hegemon and the 40 thieves benefit from destabilising Pakistan? Time will tell.
